Introduction	I grew up an Air Force brat, then joined the Marine Corps (much to the initial dismay of my parents! ;-p), spent about seven years serving Active Duty to include two tours to Iraq, then embraced my travel addiction full time and spent almost a year straight bouncing around the world before rejoining the work force as a Human Terrain Analyst/Socio-cultural Geographer for a DoD contractor. After a year of doing that, I decided it was time to leave the defense community for good in order to follow my dreams to be a "real" writer :) I am a daughter, sister, aunt, granddaughter, Christian, best friend, teammate, friend, world traveler, Marine, sociologist, soccer player, Gaelic footballer, Australian Rules Footballer, dog lover, runner, yoga enthusiast, hiker, swimmer, cyclist, mountain biker, reader, white water rafter, wake boarder, thrill seeker, insomniac, outdoor fanatic, pilot (although license is so outdated, don't know if I can call myself that anymore!), intelligence analyst, consumer of knowledge, and an overall lover of life!
