Introduction Eli Federman was raised in a traditional Jewish household attending Hebrew school and observing the holidays. As a boy he spent two years nestled in the Tehachapi Mountains of CA communing with nature and living off alternative energy wind turbines. He went on to attend Rabbinical Colleges in Morristown NJ and Jerusalem where he began to delve into the deeper mystical, and philosophical purposes of life, G-d, religion, meaning, and generally seeking answers to the why's of life. He attended Marquette University in WI where he majored in Criminology and Law-Studies developing a profound appreciation for the interplay of ancient Talmudic law and modern jurisprudence. Eli went on to graduate law school where he served as an Executive Articles Editor of the New York City Law Review and interned for legendary civil rights lawyer Ronald L. Kuby. He currently serves as the Vice President of the largest independently owned deal a day website. During his free time he works on civil rights issues. His writings and advocacy have been featured in the NY Times, The Forward, The Jerusalem Post and elsewhere.
