| Introduction | I am a native of Scott County Virginia and a 1967 graduate of Rye Cove High School. I received a B.S. Degree in Mathematics from ETSU in 1971 and a Masters Degree in 1974.My wife Ann and I willl celebrate our 52nd anniversary in June 2024. We have one daughter, Brandy Leanne Nothnagel (David)and two grand-daughters, Olivia and Ava. My wife and I have been members of Indian Springs Church since 1988. I teach an Adult Coed Sunday School Class. My wife is a retired school teacher and I retired from Bristol Tennessee City Schools in 2009 after spending 38 years as a Professional Educator in Upper East Tennessee. I taught math for 4 Years at John Sevier Middle School in Kingsport.I spent one year as Director of Admissions at Steed College, Johnson City. After teaching math at Bristol Tennessee High School for three years, I was priviledged to spend the last thirty years of my professional career as a school administrator for the Bristol Tennessee City Schools. I served as principal of Tennessee High School for four years and fourteen years as the Assistant Director of Bristol Tennessee City Schools. |
