| Introduction | Mr. Moneer's practice focuses on handling defamation, malicious prosecution, abuse of process and a variety of other business torts with a primary Emphasis on SLAPP motions, attorney fee jurisprudence, and civil appeals and writs. Mr. Moneer has represented both plaintiffs and defendants throughout the state of California in all aspects of SLAPP cases, fee motions, and appeals since 1994. He routinely testifies as an anti-SLAPP expert in SLAPP fee motions for plaintiffs and defendants. From 2003-Mr. Moneer has been a regualr Panelist for THE RUTTER GROUP anti-SLAPP seminars with Justice William F. Rylaarsdam, Justice Judith L. Haller, and Mark Goldowitz, Director of the California Anti-SLAPP Project. He also drafted TRG anti-SLAPP handbooks and updates.
