Introduction	My name is Matt, and I’m inviting you to follow me on the most painful journey of my life. I belong to a group I never chose: I am a widower. I lost my wife of fourteen years after a courageous ten-month battle with cancer. This blog is an expression of the raw human emotions of grief, but it is also rooted in hope. While the grief is so painful, God is also so faithful. My prayer is that this blog will bring healing, comfort, and understanding — but most of all, give glory to God. He is rebuilding the ruins.
