| Introduction | Ramesh Chandra Tiwari (May 1, 1964), a resident of Umari Dahelow, Tejawapur, Bahraich (UP) and a retired employee of LIC of India, is a prolific writer of short stories and a poet. His works have been published in journals such as Reading Hour, Avadh University Journal, The Criterion, The Bombay Review and Setu, a bilingual journal from Pittsburgh USA. His articles on different subjects are often broadcast on All India Radio Lucknow. The Criterion awarded him a Certificate of Appreciation in recognition of his fiction on March 4, 2017; then on 28 August 2017, Kisan Post Graduate College, Bahraich, presented him with a Certificate of Proficiency in English. He is the author of four books: ‘The Rise of NaMo and New India’ published by Highbrow Scribes Publications, ‘Anushree’ and ‘A Discovery of Society’ by Diamond Books and ‘Festivals with poetic Greetings’ by Notion Press. |
