| Introduction | I am CEO of a leadership coaching and seminar company, Women's Leadership Coaching (WLC). We help women create a roadmap to leadership positions in business with seminars, webinars and individual coaching programs. I created the WLC leadership coaching system and over more than 10 years have logged thousands of hours coaching women managers and executives. We have helped companies develop women leaders by providing leadership seminars for corporate women's initiatives at companies including Intel, Oracle, Nortel, Alcatel-Lucent, National Semiconductor, UBS, and Capgemini, to name just a few. My passion is helping women develop leadership skills, confidence and presence, and my specialty is working with women in industries that have been traditionally male-dominated, such as technology, finance and energy. Originally from Australia, I live in Silicon Valley with my husband Chris. |
