Introduction By day, worker/mother/ parishioner/singer by night, a poet/writer/blogger. Did I mention I am also a full-time student at a seminary? This year, I am learning Greek. Of course, this messes with my Spanish, Hebrew Japanese and Latin (I’m not fluent in any of them either). Si, boker tov, sensei, mea culpa. Or something like that. So, in the meager amount of free time I manage to find in my week, I try to keep up with autoracing (Nascar to F1 to sprint cars), read (biographies to self-help to history to parenting to whatever), watch football, administer my fantasy football league, take Blaze (the dog) on an occasional walk (is once every 8 weeks too often?), Facebook and on blue moons that fall on Wednesdays, play the guitar & piano (who am I kidding!) 2013 is shaping up to be a busy year. In the spring, I am going to New York to sing at Carnegie Hall with my choir. I have a few out of state trainings for work, a last trip to seminary for classes, and vacation plans. Right now, I’m a licensed foster mom with two daughters. I’d love to adopt internationally or even from foster care again.
