| Introduction | I was born in 1951 just 13 miles from where I now reside. Though I have lived in many places, I find northwest Iowa to be my "niche". Two of my children don't understand this, choosing the big city life of Chicago over the quietude of rural life. My son, however, has chosen this corner of the world as his domicile also. (for the time being, anyway) I live on 5.7 acres with my husband and our Min Pin, Bandit. This is my first real blog and as a frustrated writer in a Supermarket workers body, I hope to hone my skills here. |
