| Introduction | I graduated from Hillsdale College with my Bachelor of Arts degree in Elementary Education with triple minors in Mathematics, Spanish, and Early Childhood Education. I finished student teaching in kindergarten and I loved it. I have numerous mentors (teachers and friends) whom I look to for advice and for the confidence that I can succeed. Currently I'm working a couple of jobs and substitute teaching where ever I'm needed while looking for a full time job for the 2010-2011 school year. I love my faith and my God. I would not be where I am today without the knowledge that He has been by my side through the good times and carried me when my load is hard to carry on my own. My family is very important to me because within my family I find people who I can go to with any joy or sorrow I may endure. They are my role models and my inspiration to be the best I can be. I have the best friends a girl could ask for and the faith and knowledge that though thick, thin, and distance they will be there for me. I love children (hence wanting to be a teacher), sports (playing and watching), being outside and gardening, reading a good book (when I have time), and music (a large variety). |
