| Introduction | When I was a little girl my mom made almost all of my clothes. We would go to the fabric shop and I would pick out the fabric and she would turn it into beautiful dresses, skirts, jumpers, shirts, you name it. I loved it. Fast forward to today. I have my own little girl. When she was born and the doctor said, "It's a girl," one of my first thoughts (after checking all the fingers and toes) was, "Oh, you will be so much fun to sew for!" Sewing and crafting has become quite the passion and takes up a good portion of my time. (My messy house is clear testimony of this.) Sewing is the main craft, but embroidery is gaining ground. |
