| Introduction | Philosopher goes domestic. Since 2011. I got married that year in April, defended my PhD on Hannah Arendt in May and we moved from Leuven to Seattle in October. Did I mention we had a one-year old girl at the time? We added a baby boy two years later. After four years of Seattle, we still live the crazy post-doc or 'poor expat' life as we like to call it, but we now do so in a tiny village in Germany. |
