| Introduction | I am married with 3 adult children, 2 daughters-in-law, and 4 grandsons, a working RN in Seattle at a Level 1 Trauma Center in the Recovery Room. I have been running for about 5 years now and have completed several half marathons. My hope is to complete one marathon. My plan is that by blogging my experience, it will keep me accountable to my training. Marathon date is Sunday, October 11, 2015 in Victoria, British Columbia, Canada at the Victoria Goodlife Fitness Marathon. Here goes! |
