| Introduction | I am Rajeswari. I am born and brought up in Visakhapatnam.After my engineering, I worked as software engineer in a Hyderabad for 3 years where i was first introduced to the great Hyderabad Dum Biryani :). After getting married to my wonderful husband, I moved to United States an year ago and planning to do my Masters. If i look back into my past, an year back i was a girl who has very basic knowledge about cooking. To be frank i know how to make rice, tea, and egg curry that's it :).... But after my marriage i don't say i am an expert in cooking but according to my friends and my husband i am a pretty good cook. I enjoy cooking different varieties of dishes but i can say confidently that my signature dish is Mutton Dum biryani. I learnt it from my husband, who is wonderful cook and he is my first GURU. Most of my recipes are from my darling hubby,mom, mother-in-law,grandmother and my sister. As i'm from Vizag which is Coastal Andhra and my husband is from Rayalseema who is settled in Hyderabad, my recipes will be spicy blend of Andhra. I will be posting different varieties of andhra dishes mainly non-veg dishes, I hope everyone enjoy my blog. Thanks for visiting my blog. |
