| Introduction | I have a vice. It's sugar :) My sugar tolerance levels are scarily high due to the fact that I love baking. Being dedicated as I am, I always taste test the finished product (numerous times) to ensure stringent 'quality control'. If that wasn't enough to send blood sugar levels soaring, I also work in a cupcake shop. This food blog is a record of things I've baked, cooked, or perhaps just enjoyed. I fear it may have a bias towards any foods with a high sugar content (I blame my sweet tooth), although perhaps in the interests of balance, I'll blog about a savoury meal or morsel every now and then.
