| Introduction | Bill Jones is a cartoonist, illustrator and writer. His cartoons have appeared in Private Eye. His first book, an illustrated novel of puns called The Life and Times of Algernon Swift, was published by Head of Zeus in 2017 and well reviewed in the TLS ("sheer relentless glee") and The Big Issue ("a complete joy"). He also performs stand-up as Miserable Malcolm, Gloucestershire's gloomiest poet. |
