Think Outside the Box : Be Original, Assume Nothing

Introduction	I'm an agnostic who believes strongly in thinking clearly and rationally to acknowledge and solve human problems with human solutions, imperfect as they may be. I don't much care for the imposition of conjecture and fantasies on that process of solving real, tangible problems now. Which is to say, those who interfere with thinking by introducing impractical or non-demonstrable ideas - whether theology-based or some other nostrum, are at best an annoyance. Or, at worst, obstructionists to problem-solving. I am a strong internationalist, believing that skin color, culture, religion, etc. are artifacts of human existence and not inherent differences. As such, "rallying around" a flag, or some other nation-centered theme is anathema to universal cooperation and peace. My advice: Get a passport. Travel the world. Or at least get outside the type of community you've only known. Knowing different types of people goes a long way towards tearing down artificial barriers.
