| Introduction | Welcome to BEAT OFF COMICS. On this blog we will talk about and review comics. We'll do our damndest to do reviews of weekly issues as well as graphic novels from any period.. We will run the gamut of comic book culture. We love comics, we want to do this and why shouldn't we? Comics and mainstream entertainment have, for all intents and purposes, become one and the same. Most people are consuming comic book culture on a daily basis and don't even realize it. Comics are taking over the world. The "Age of Geek" is upon us, the hounds have been released. And try as you may, you cannot stop us. We are a time-travelling DeLorean strapped to the front of a runaway train, so either catch up and hop on-board or get the fuck out of the way, 'cause we're coming....and we will be squeezing our dicks when we arrive.
