| Introduction | I discovered my culinary passion and calling while attending the World Pastry Forum as a spectator and student. I then attended Culinary school where I studied professional cooking and professional baking and pastry. Following culinary school, I received my bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts Management from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. I have worked for high class hotels and would love to open my own bake shop one day! I have recently discovered the passion I have for sewing and quilting. |
