| Introduction | I grew up in a southeast Baltimore neighborhood called Canton. I am married to an amazing man, who is not only my partner, but my best friend. We share our Baltimore City rowhouse with 4 very tolerant cats, two of the sweetest pit bulls you'll ever meet and a mutt mix with super healing powers named Wolverine. We are also attempting to start a family while facing some very challenging circumstances. In 2007 I was diagnosed with stage IV breast cancer. Talk about a shocker. It’s been a rollercoaster ever since but I am determined to live the best life I possibly can. I am passionate about animal welfare and spend much of my time raising money for local animal shelters. You can usually find me cheering on the Orioles at Camden Yards, enjoying Baltimore festivals and generally loving city life. |
