Introduction	I'm a Toronto fitness and wellness guru who is passionate about empowering people to make their self care a priority. My life has been touched by people who reach burn out in caring for other people: children for aging parents, spouses caring for spouses, parents caring for children with illness. I want to provide small tips and tools for helping caregivers care for themselves too so that they can keep on doing the important work that they do.
Interests	Fitness of course but I'm also into film, good theatre, MUSIC, food, eating out, travel and interesting people.
Favorite movies	So hard to narrow this down. This year my faves are Departures, Bright Star, Food Inc., Valentino The Last Emperor. Old faves include Goodfellas, Say Anything, Magnolia OMG I don't know. There's so many.
Favorite music	Hmmm. Just depends on my mood and what I'm doing. Can't ever get enough of Jeff Buckley. Metric is always solid. Radiohead. LCD Soundsystem. I like almost anything depending but HATE cheesy techno or house and mysoginist rap crap.
Favorite books	This one gives away too much about my inner soul.
