Introduction	We are a husband and wife duo discovering our way around the kitchen. SC is the enthusiastic cook/eater with a special penchant for chocolate (or anything sweet!). When she's not searching for new recipes or creating more dishes for AC to wash, she can be found throwing dinner parties, hiking and on those very rare occasions, shopping. AC loves to eat and is the primary "taster" in the kitchen. He also plays the role of chopper, seasoner, dishwasher, and occasional voice of reason whenever SC contemplates another crazy culinary experiment. When he's not generously sharing those skills in the kitchen, he can be found reading up on the stock market, fishing (for dinner of course!) and enjoying a few beers with his friends. SACHI is their beloved dog and likes to watch people cook. If she's not begging for scraps of food, she can be found playing out her alter-ego as a cat.
