| Introduction | Welcome to Yoga with Effie! I have a passion for helping people and am committed to promoting great health and wellness for the mind, body and spirit. Through seeking out many healing treatments on my own wellness journey, I became motivated to help others and trained in some of the modalities that I found most helpful. Today I am happy to say that I am a holistic therapist! I am an experienced yoga teacher trained in Hatha, Restorative, Yin, and Kundalini Yogas as well as a Reiki Master. My intention is to support strength, health, and relaxation while motivating clients to build a deeper connection with their true and Divine self. As a registered therapist (MSW) and certified hypnotist, I combine Western psychotherapeutic interventions with yoga and energy work into a holistic healing practice. I specialize in private counselling, hypnotherapy, yoga (private and group), mindfulness, and Reiki sessions. Also look for my regular workshops promoting group healing.
