| Introduction | Brian is a corporate financial consultant and interim CFO, working closely with the executive management of companies to build solid bridges between vision and execution. His strategic financial consulting and modeling skills were instrumental in assisting clients raise over $350 million in equity capital. In addition to strategic modeling CFO consulting, Royston provides operational expertise in treasury, cash management, inventory and other special projects areas within finance. Prior to consulting, Brian directed the Corporate Finance, Treasury and Credit groups for USWeb as it grew from a small private company to the largest internet-based professional services company in the world with a public company market capitalization of $3 Billion. Prior to USWeb, Royston held financial management positions at Madge Networks, PMC-Sierra and Samsung Semiconductor. Brian is also the owner of a successful real estate investment, development and management firm. Brian received his B.A. in Finance from Texas A&M University and his MBA from Santa Clara University. |
