Introduction	I am a 30something woman who has an amazing husband and two beautiful Goldendoodles. I live in a northern state but was raised in the south. So I consider myself a southern heart in a northern body. I retired from working in the healthcare industry. I loved working in that industry but wow is it not a healthy place to work! I know, what a huge contradiction! I have always loved being active and in shape. I know all the right things to do and eat but for the last several years I have been neglecting myself. I have been taking care of everyone around me and ignoring the most important person---ME! So this blog is about taking care of myself and still taking care of others. This is something I have always loved doing. So asking me what's on your mind and who knows, maybe it's something I'm working on as well!
Interests	Food, being active, my doodles, reading, learning something new, and finding that perfect balance.
