| Introduction | As the first "foodie" in my Italian immigrant family, raised in the city of Chicago, I hit the streets running at a young age in search of the best restaurants had to offer. I recall at the age of only 9 years old, saying to mysrlf, "I want to eat out at restaurants every day". From learning to cook at the end of the apron strings of my Italian mother, going to culinary school, owning 12 diffrent restaurants and even doing a radio show as a food critic in Chicago, I can say that even though I haven't eaten out every n8ght, I have come close. Now comes this blog where the heart and soul of it is to introduce the reader to unabashed behind the scenes critiques of food establishments. Diffrent from your regular food blogs, I'll take you to the heart and soul of each establishment to reveal what really makes it great or not so great.
