Introduction	Hi everyone. Creating is my lifeline. When I am creating I am at my best. It feeds my soul. I am a graduate of The French Culinary Institute, NYC 1986 where I studied Classical French Cooking. I am also equally passionate about many forms of art. I currently work as a Muralist, and a Decorative painter, and Chef at Brookgreen Gardens I have run 2 marathons. Love to get lost in my head whether it is running, Painting, listening to music, writing. Currently my passion is knitting. All these things do it for me. There are so many more that I have yet to mention. They make me feel alive and happy. I love Vintage almost everything. Anything that has been around a while develops a nice Patina. Just makes things more interesting, and leaves a sense of history and wonder. Just because things aren't perfect and new doesn't make them bad. Just like me! Sometimes I would love more time in the day, because when I do get going and I am in my element, I don't want the day to end!!
