| Introduction | I am a forty (only just I hasten to add) year old lady who is just emerging from the rather dark tunnel of Two Toddlerdom and who is hoping to re alight her creativity before it dies altogether. After (I call them the 'lost') years of bottom wiping; (actually sadly I still do this) organic wholesome food cooking and wakeful nights I now have my two little darlings safely ensconced in school. Yes there's still the school run to plan my day round but at least I have some me time. Yeah! This is the year that I am determined to get back to songwriting and recording and generally feel a little bit like myself again. Of course, my children are my world and the rainbow light in my life but they kind of bleed you dry at the same time, if you know what I mean? Anyway, I have decided to try and blog my experiences and have thoughts and musings (possibly ramblings!) to share with the wider world. Plus it will hopefully keep my mind focused. Here's hoping x |
