We're passionate about what we eat and drink, and love what we do: source farmers market ingredients to hand-craft, small batches of flavored sea salts to brighten food and classic cocktails. Inspired by global flavors and the world around us, we think about food, people, wine and the connection in between more than anything. With whom, and where? In Seattle, with our friends and food-lovers alike. Food that is socially conscious, local, and sustainable. When not cooking at home, or trolling local restaurants, Joseph Conrad is the executive Chef of two restaurants: Ventana, and Twist Restaurant and Lounge. Swing by to say 'hi.' We'd love to meet you.
