| Introduction | Jeff Barnett is an author, politician, and retired US Air Force officer. For seven years, Jeff was a senior consultant with Toffler Associates, the executive advisory firm founded by world renowned futurists, Alvin and Heidi Toffler. He advised corporate and government leaders on how to adapt to the rapidly emerging Information Age. The chief planner for the United States Air Force called Jeff “the finest consultant I have ever worked with.” Prior to entering private business, Jeff was a career military officer. He has 3,000 flying hours, including combat. He was Chief of Staff for the 6,000-person United Nations command in Vukovar, Croatia, where he also commanded the American military contingent. In 2010, Jeff was the Democratic Party nominee for the US Congress in Virginia’s 10th Congressional District. Although he lost, Jeff ran a clean, issues-based campaign. His Republican opponent called it “the most positive race in the country.” |
