| Introduction | Welcome to my blog! My name is Anita and I decided to write a blog to share my low GI, gluten, grain, lactose and sugar-free recipes with others who are either intolerant or are following a paleo / low GI diet and are looking for some new, delicious recipes. I’ve had gluten and lactose intolerance for 15 years (well, that’s when a good naturopath diagnosed me after years of suffering...) but I still wanted to eat nice, yummy foods so this motivated me to come up with some tasty ideas. I’ve lots, I just needed to document them. :-) I’m of Hungarian origin and some of my recipes will be gluten / lactose-free variations of traditional Hungarian foods, so - unless you are also Hungarian - this will be giving you more variety and new tastes. I’m a trained acupuncturist and diet and nutrition is something I’m very passionate about. Nowadays more and more people have food intolerances and the huge number and variety of diets on the market often contradict each other and create confusion in people seeking guidance to a healthy life-style. I hope my blog will help with diet and nutrition and give some delicious recipes. Here is to a healthilicious future! Anita :-) |
