| Introduction | Hello, we are a family of three. Bring a father and husband, I started noticing the health of my family as we all do and found that we are not really doing that well. I decided to change that and started a journey of getting to the root causes of some of the health issues we are having. I opened a journey that I wish to take you on with me. It is not enough to just go to the gym because I have seen Herculean figures get cancer or diabetes and heart disease. I started looking at our food and water and the individual processes in the body and these are the things I wish to share with you. I recommend you read the article and please do some of your own research after reading it.
