| Introduction | I am an Oregon author. My first novel, TAMARA'S CHILD, was published in 2010. It is the story of a homeless pregnant teenager who is struggling to make a new and better life for herself and her child, but who ends up being victimized by the very people she turns to for help. The book, which is popular fiction for ages 15 and up, has been called "a mystery and a drama with a lot of heart," because although it is essentially a family drama, it reads more like a suspense novel. It was named a Finalist in the Popular Fiction category of the 2010 National Indie Excellence Books Awards. |
