| Introduction | I am a freelance journalist for print and broadcast. I report on art, entertainment and consumer relations. As our current economy is forcing much of the country to streamline--I have decide to streamline my own world. I am streamlining my body by working out, my home and office by throwing out, sorting, replacing and re-evaluating. I will no longer buy on impulse. I will question and investigate any new purchase--be it a car, a stock investment or even a toothbrush. This brings me to the launch of my new blog "The Savvy Consumer" which will examine consumer goods, service providers and finance for consumers. I look forward to your comments and insight. |
