Eat Local All Summer? Challenge Accepted.

Location	Bellevue, Washington, United States
Introduction	Starting June 1 and continuing until at least September 1, we are planning on consuming only locally produced food and beverages. For the sake of this adventure, "local" will mean food sourced primarily from Washington State, whenever possible, with a few things from Northern Oregon or Southern British Columbia when necessary. Or, roughly within 250 miles. We hope this will be a fun, challenging, eye-opening experience that will inspire others to think about where their food comes from.
