Introduction	I am a wife and mom of two wonderful children. My son has a life threatening food allergy. We have tried to make his life as "normal" as possible, but we do not take any chances with his safety. He will start high school in two years. With OIT, my goal is to get him "bite proof" to lessen his chances of anaphylaxis from accidental exposure. This is our journey.
