My name is Don and it's fair to say that in my lifetime ... 76 years and counting, I've come across a "Don" or two, growing up in South Philly and having family in Naples and Abruzzi. But I digress. My blog is less likely to speak to you about the art of killing your dinner guests or anyone ending up swimming with the fishes. I've been expose to a great deal in my lifetime. You may say, I've had several careers which is really the way of my generation. I was singer, a fine artist, a creative director, a computer graphics professional, a college instructor and all along the way, a food enthusiast.
