| Introduction | I have the most amazing friends, and am the wife to an incredible man. I mom one teenage son, two lovable labs, and my other three babies that wait heavenward. Lover of chocolate, crime shows, and all things nutrition and fitness. Perfection is still pending and I have so much to learn. I have had some incredible adventures like losing over 100 pounds, completely changing my life, and finding the Wesley to my Buttercup well into my *clears throat* "thirties". I am on yet another adventure to regain the health and strength I know are possible while giving myself a little grace for the weaknesses I still can't seem to shake. |
