| Introduction | Multi-disciplinary artist, with a background in photography, Ana developed her creative work through studio practice and research to into photographic techniques e.g. pinhole camera constructions. She had always performs on her work, at both, photo or video image. Since 2006 she has been getting deeper into live performance, initially in public space at different cities as Tokyo, Mexico City, Budapest, Sarajevo, among others. In recent years her performance has been seen at both national and international festivals, last had being Preavis de desordre Urbain(Marsella), AccionMAD!(Madrid), Poeticas(Vigo), Cabezabajo(Granada), Arrt d accció(Valencia,...and museum and galeries: Image Center (Mexico City); Conde Duque (Contemporary Art Museum of Madrid); MUA, (Contemporary art museum of Alicante, Spain); I-Fabriek (Maastricht, Holland) Between 2005 and 2009 she was member of ElCarromato(www.elcarromato.net) a multidisciplinary art space and photo studio. At the end of 2008 found ARTóN (www.arton.es) a monthly performance art event in Madrid city. |
