| Introduction | Liam Carrier was born in London, Ontario but raised in Vancouver, BC. His love of the arts started early in his life and extends from painting to comic strips to filmmaking. After high school he studied film at Vancouver Film School and Capilano College. Liam's painting did not come by him unnaturally. Both his maternal (Don MacCallum) and paternal (Robert Carrier) grandfathers were accomplished painters. However, Liam's love of large-format abstract paintings certainly distinguishes him from the work of his relatives. Liam currently resides in Okanagan Falls, BC where he spends time writing wine reviews and books when he's not busy with his family and coaching his kids in soccer. |
