Introduction	Eric is a first year Culinary Arts student attending the Midwest Culinary Institute at Cincinnati State. He loves to try new food and explore culinary combinations. There is nothing Eric won't try. Kelly, on the other hand, might be one of the more finicky eaters you will meet. She rarely likes to try new things and somehow sustains on a limited menu of spaghetti, chicken, and pizza. It's pretty amazing, actually! Kelly and Eric intend to show two dramatically differing perspectives on food and restaurants. Eric will give you his "foodie" opinion while Kelly will describe it from a picky eater's view.
