| Introduction | I have survived cancer twice by God’s grace, first and foremost, by surgical removal of the tumors, diet, drastic lifestyle changes (including stress reduction, exercise, and targeted supplements), Naturopathic and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), and the insight and integrity of intrepid medical doctors. The goal is to make my body an inhospitable host for cancer: that is the key to prevention and cure. I refused the prescribed “standards of care” – radiation, hormone-stripping drugs, radical mastectomy, and chemotherapy. I rejected the fear, negativity, and impending doom our society trains us to adopt with a cancer diagnosis. My education as a sociologist taught me to research. The result is eye-opening, little known information that I share with you here. I invite you to come along with me to begin the process of discovery for yourself. The empowerment you get from taking control over your own health is one of the most healing activities you can undertake. It is our responsibility and our right to be informed participants in our own health care. Wishing you well, Grace |
