| Introduction | Hello, This is my first attempt at blogging, ever! I have been struggling with finding a way to cope with grief since losing my father this past summer. July 28, 2018 to be excact. Loosing dad has brought back to the surface loosing my mom in 2010 and my oldest brother, Keith in 2005. I have been on a downward spiral since the day my father passed away. I thought it might be a useful tool for me to document my journey as I navigate through this process as so far, nothing seems to be helping. And so here we go..... |
