| Introduction | I have over nine years of experience in college internship coordination and career coaching. In that time, I have helped over 7,500 students and 5,000 employers in their internship search process. I have helped transform good resumes into irresistable ones, and coached good interviewers into candidates that employers can't say no to. I'm a provisionally certified Dale Carnegie trainer. My expertise includes employer relations, large-scale event planning and management, career coaching, workshop design, outcomes measurement, resume writing and interview preparation. I have created the "Crafting an Excellent Internship Program" workshop for employers and am a co-founder of Baruch College's Wall Street Careers Program for students interested in investment banking careers.
