| Introduction | Razel O. Jones is a husband, father, pastor, author, HR professional, and business consultant. Jones served as lead pastor and founder of Victory Life Christian Ministries in Big Rapids, MI for 6 years before being led to move and start ministry in the Nashville, TN area with 10 households called to begin the work of launching The Threshing Floor, which will start in January 2016. Jones holds a Bachelors in English Language and Literature from Grand Valley State University and holds a Master's of Business Administration from Northwood University. Jones was ordained by Bishop PA Brooks - prelate of the NE Michigan Jurisdiction of the Church of God in Christ Inc. after completing an intensive study of the bible and ministry with the late, Bishop AD Knight. Jones spent nearly 10 years as a human resources professional at Calvin College. While there, Jones became a certified Gallup Strengths Advocate/Facilitator and a certified facilitator of Cultural Intelligence. Jones has also gained extensive experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, and teambuilding through his HR career. |
