| Introduction | There's a saying that in America, we get the culture we deserve. In Detroit, we have gotten far better. This blog was created to help bring art being made in the Motor City to a larger audience. The editor, Vince Carducci, has written for many publications over the last two-and-a-half decades, ranging from alternative weeklies and webzines to highbrow academic journals, anthologies, and encyclopedias. He is Assistant Dean and Interim Chair of Fine Arts at College for Creative Studies in Detroit. |
