| Introduction | Let me start by saying I am over weight and trying to lose it quickly. Mostly due to health reasons. I bare so much stress that I can not focus on diet and working out a lot; but it is a vicious cycle, If I can get those two things down, then I will be losing weight in no time. |

| Favorite music | Rock from the 50's through to the 80's and all kinds really. I like some of the new stuff to, but I couldn't name them, but If I heard it I could tell you I would like it. |
