| Introduction | I am the mother of 3 beautiful girls and the wife of an awesome husband. I was not born a Texan, but I got here as quickly as I could...to use a cliche. I was raised by two blind parents, and my youngest daughter is severely disabled. The first few posts in this blog starting in '07 detail our journey with Grace and to acceptance. I am glad I was dropped into this life with the handicapable. I have learned so much and so has our whole family. I am a middle of the road Mormon, and I am a political moderate, yet I lean a little to the left. I call them as I see them- and I believe that "by their fruits ye shall know them". I have set the goal to practice yoga for the rest of my life and watch how I take care of myself so that I can be able to take care of Grace as long as possible. |
