| Introduction | Years ago as a single mother of two little kids, when I joined the culinary profession I had no idea what I was signing up for. I've just about seen it all. Everything from roach infested basement kitchens to designer homes and private planes, and ultimately owning my own restaurant. I've worked with celebrities and ex-cons, and some celebrity ex-cons. As time progressed and my bones started wearing out, I segued into teaching. It's been a never ending adventure and here is where I share my stories. |
