Introduction	I currently work as a bookbuyer/seller for The Blue Marble Bookstore in Ft. Thomas, KY. I do write on the side -- mostly for children -- and have been published in Highlights for Children, Writers Digest, Spectrum. I write a regular book review column for The International Reading Association's READING TODAY. In "a previous life," I taught junior high language arts for 17 years and was the coach of the speech team. This is why my hair is gray. The store rarely carries self-published books, and I almost never get the chance to read beyond what I'm reviewing for IRA or buying for the store. Thanks.
